Desert Coast Boutique Return Policy

Desert Coast Boutique will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Desert Coast Boutique's part. 

  • Please submit your return & exchange request via Contact@desertcoastboutique.com
  • Once the return is received, a member from the Desert Coast Returns Department will email you to confirm receipt of the item.
  • After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow Desert Coast 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

Desert Coast Boutique Shipping

  • USA Shipping: Shipments to anywhere in the United States can take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days.
  • $4.99 flat rate per order (no matter how many items) or FREE for orders above $59.
  • Desert Coast Boutique currently ships to all U.S. territories and the shipping takes 2 - 10 business days.

Desert Coast International Shipping

  • International Shipping: Overseas orders can take between 5 - 10 business days.

Desert Coast Boutique does offer internal shipping on select items. Items found within the The Borderless Collection are exclusively able to be shipped anywhere in the United States and rest of the world.
